From calling on the phone to going into the store, I dealt with excellent customer service today. The woman I spoke to on the phone after suspecting that I needed a new battery was very friendly and helpful and encouraged me to come in the same day. When I arrived, I assumed that I needed a new battery. One gentleman looked at my battery connection and told me that I had a bad connection which may be causing the new problem. Another employee joined him and agreed. They fixed the connection and my car started and I was told to return when the battery charged to have it tested so I didn’t unnecessarily buy a new battery. They have a customer for life with me for being so helpful and honest and not just trying to sell me products that I don’t need.

I was this morning at this facility...to change my battery...and Jose and the lady in front desk gave me a perfect treatment.Jose changed my battery...very professionally....thanks Jose

The worst customer service. All I asked for a battery tested.I went from first in line to eight in line . I waited about ten minutes an left . that's three tech at counter they forgot I was there so I left .never will I go to to your store again.
