I went thru and when i got out only half of my car had doap and never got washed i took pictures but i cant get them on here I talked with the owner and I explained what and how it happened and I'm happy to say it was my fault there was still soap on it so I'm sorry for that review and hope this one helps

I went through to get the Ultimate wash. I pulled in and stop when they told me to. Soon as the water hit my car, it told me to “ exit slowly “…. So I assume it was a glitch but then realized they charged me $12 and there wasn’t anyone there to fix it.

Don’t use the last bay. It shuts off during the soap cycle, and the dryers don’t work half the time either. Was stuck in here for like 20 mins since the signs are also broken, so didn’t know there was a button to get out. My husband and I have paid lots of money to this car wash since we like to do the touch less option, wish it worked better. I also called about 10 times and no one could answer the phone-horrible service.

Ultimate wash got suds and turned off. Waste of time/money that will not be refunded and still have to go somewhere that functions to get this soapy mess off. Not impressed 😕Ms. O’Donnell, sorry for your trouble. Your car must have moved during the wash cycle. When that happens, the wash aborts for safety reasons.
