Very sleek design of the store. Very organized way of checking in people. The employee who helped me was very helpful in answering my questions and was very friendly i was in and out quickly and didnt have much of a wait after being checked in. I was told I'd get another hdmi cord when I turned mine in as my box stopped working but I did not receive one back and didn't realize until hours later when I got home. Thank goodness I had some extra. Just be aware to keep ur hdmi cords just in case( I assumed it came in the pre packaged new car box & clicker) no big deal just a heads up for others!

It's a s***** place but what are you going to do there's no options Comcast Cox Cable Xfinity they're all the same company they're not really competing with each other and I know they say oh well this Dish Network not if you're enough apartment complex they won't let you attach things to buildings so you're only choices cable which is the Monopoly argue you Bill Pay $65 a month for internet instead of $140

The employees tell you different than what the Customer Service on the phone tell you. It's a shame that Comcast is the only cable company allowed in Brockton Massachusetts because they are getting over on us there's no competition unfortunately. slowly but surely I'll be rid of them.
