I've been going here for about three years and spent hundreds of dollars. I generally have a great experience, and would give it five stars but my last wash didn't go so well (read below). The employees are generally nice and I try to tip a couple dollars, so they can grab a soda. In the past, I had the monthly plan for about $40 but with my travels I wasn't able to use it enough. Normally, I recommend a fill up and buying a discount wash at the pump. Then stop and check your car before you go, because rewashes are only the same day. My last wash, the machines didn't do my tires and wheels completely and after paying for the top best wash, it should have been spotless. However, because my car was wet, I didn't notice that it wasn't done properly. So, the next day I saw my tires (photos included) in the sun and planned to go back to the wash as quickly as I could. I wasn't rushing over to the wash, so I went the next morning, most of my vehicle still spotless, except for the tires and they wouldn't rewash it. They were firm they would only rewash on the same day and it was the 10th and I was there on the 8th. I was holding up the line after talking to two people, so I just said, whatever. They sent me through with water rinse and no dryer. This is pretty insulting, while there might be people who take advantage, my vehicle was still clean except my tires. I get they have rules, but I'm not going out of my way to be at a business' convenience when they made the mistake and I'm not reading the print at a busy wash. I pick my features and go. They should empower employees to use their discretion. After leaving there angry, I sent an email to corporate and they are going to email me a free wash and the district manager may contact me. I'll update my review if that happens.

Two weeks ago with tore off antenna had a woman call from the company attempted to get back to her several times left messages never got a response. I have a custom truck classic 1967 Ford the attendant was very professional filter paperwork. Got one call message left on my phone from a woman from the company tried a dozen times leaving a message and never got a response back from the company's representative female very disappointed and the professionalism of this company I'm going to have to go down and get another number cuz this is ridiculous. I've seen lifted trucks have problems, but stock pick ups go through all the time
