Great service, starting with the very first phone call ! The receptionist is always in touch. All of my open issues were promptly settled by her over the phone and via text messages. I’ve contacted ER Appliance Repair company twice this month, and I do really appreciate their help with my refrigerator and washer. Daniel found and eliminated the cause of malfunctioning which previous two companies failed to identify! He did a great job fixing the problem. My refrigerator now works like new! Ivan saved my washer, I thought it was beyond repair. He fixed it the same day. Very nice and friendly people doing an excellent job! Highly recommend ER Appliance Repair Service. I wish success and prosperity for the company, and all the very best to its team. Thank You So Much!

I'm extremely grateful for the help I received from ER Appliance Repair. Unfortunately they couldn't get the part I needed replaced and I was told by Daniel that the cost of the part and installation would be more than the oven was worth. I was impressed that he knew the oven and part were discontinued even before I could get the answer back from Samsung (he was right) and it saved me time and money that I'd rather not waste when I just needed to replace the oven after all. It's clear that Daniel knows his stuff. I don't recall the name of the receptionist I spoke to but she was very professional and courteous. I will definitely be contacting them in the future for any appliance repair needs.

I would not recommend that you waste your time with this company. I called and spoke to a receptionist a couple weeks ago concerning my washing machine. She requested that I text back information on the model and issues. I sent a picture of the mfg tag plus 3 videos that demonstrated the issues with the machine. I received a comment back stating that "she would get back with me after speaking to the tech." I never heard back from the company. I called another appliance repair company and discussed the problems I was experiencing with the washer. The tech was able to diagnose the issues over the phone. It turns out that there was a common defect with a part that was the cause of the problem. He came out yesterday and replaced the part within 30 minutes. It was a $300 repair job, which seems to be "easy money" for an appliance company in my opinion. I am a very busy person, with limited time. So chasing down service companies that 'will get back with me, but fail to do so" drives me crazy!! 9/9/2022 Response to ER Appliance: There was no response or call back after your receptionist told me that she was waiting on a response back from a tech. My initial text went out at 10:48 on 7/29 with the last response from your receptionist at 11:27. This was the text that stated she was waiting on a response from a tech. I would be more than happy to post the text messages on this review? My point here is that somehow your internal communication failed, which is reflected in my review. I do not appreciate your follow-up in reference to a call made to my phone with no answer or any other type of follow-up, as there was no such call. I do take responsibility with waiting a prolonged period of time in attempting to get back with your company or reaching out to another repair service, as the washing machine did eventually completely break down. But as I commented previously, the issue with the machine was a common one, which required minimal work. I would think that this would be the kind of repair work that your company would value the most? Perhaps you can just check this lost job as a lesson-learned...
