Another case of either laziness or terrible management - lobby closed. Drive through was an agonizing experience of waiting for 10 minutes behind 2 other cars. Super friendly staff bumped this to 3 stars. No horsey sauce in our bag brought it back down to 2 stars.

Chestertown Arby's had a really awesome Drive through lady today at 430pm. She took the order very politely and informed us of some issues with our order that wasn't a big deal, food was great and clearly fresh! Good experience all around

UPDATE 2022: Arby's has really stepped up their game. The service is great, and the food is even better. The whole attitude of the place has changed for the better. I'm not sure what changed, but I sure am glad it did. This has become my go-to lunch place in town!
