Wow! That sounds like a staffing issue. Your server should have at least told you they took a certain amount of time to bake and if they had to mix them too, she should have offered you something while you wait. I myself have always had good service there whenever I stopped.
When I went there was no social distance nobody was wearing masks and there were no sneeze guards or anything in place. But that was in highsprings
They have gave me a discount for a coupon I forgot at home before.
