Went to drive thru and ordered 2 McDoubles, was given a fish sandwich (disgusting) and a Big Mac. I only have a 30 minute break from work so by the time I looked in my bag when I got back to work I didn’t have time to go back and get what I ordered. Pay attention to your orders! I work at a pharmacy, if that was your job, I could’ve gotten dangerously wrong medication!

The shining grace at your store today was Marie (Maria) Brown. The drive through staff basically took my order and cash and parked me at the #2 window and they sent my order to the front area where Marie figured it out and found me. You need to reward wonderful people like her and maybe speak to your drive thru staff about better customer service. Marie was sweet, friendly, and the reason I will return.
