Today. I was helped by Bob, at the store in Fruitland , MD. There was some confusion with the alternator warranty part I had to swap out. After, a short phone call and inlightenment. Bob figured out the communication issue. I want to Let everyone know that he help me and made sure and double checked the part I was getting was for my car. Thank you Bob for the time you took sorting it all out.

I have recently needed both headlamp bulbs replaced. Both times I was so impressed with the young men who waited on me. The first time it was Evan and second time it was Colt. Both were so polite and helpful.

I purchased a 21mm and a 22mm 12 point socket from this store and didn't use the 22mm AT ALL. So the very next day when I came back to return the 22mm (because I didn't need it) they told me that they can't take it back or return it because it appears that it has been used for a long time and it was cracked and has signs of impact. So long story short they're clearly not checking all the parts in their inventory seeing that they sold me a used and very abused part.
