I called July 5 about house insurance. Was instructed to email information, which I did. Followed up at 2 weeks, 3weeks and again in 5 weeks. I have not received a call back and nothing via email. Not pleased.

I'm highly disappointed with this firm. My family and I have been clients for over 40 years. We've never had a claim, never had an accident, & never had an issue. Recently, I decided to begin the process of selling one of my cars so I decided to cancel that policy as the car has not been driven in over a year. My grandmother initially attempted to drop my car from the policy & was given a hard time. They used scare tactics to confuse an elderly person into remaining in their contract. I followed up on her call & requested for the policy to be cancelled again. The person I spoke to did not inquire about why I was cancelling, did not provide any insight on follow up procedures that needed to be handled... Nothing at all. She just said ok and cancelled the policy as requested. Yesterday I received a notice from the state saying that my driver's license would be suspended because State Farm reported that my car (that isn't operational, had been parked for over a year, & is currently up for sale) is not insured. This felt like a very petty (and retaliation) move on their end and I am disappointed with our overall experience. Especially after continuously being loyal & problem free customers. I will be adding insurance to my inoperable car now but it will NOT be with State Farm. And I will be sure to tell anyone that will listen about how conniving & vindictive this company can be. I'm completely disgusted with this company.
