The outside seating is lovely, where you get to watch the sunset. Considering how crowded it was, the service was really excellent. The food was good, tasty, and well prepared, but I was disappointed with the menu selection. It was a bit pedestrian, very "average", and I expected more creativity in the menu. It was classic New England seafood... Scallops drowned in butter with breadcrumbs, stuffed shrimp, assorted fish that was baked or broiled, crab cakes, lobster. Nothing you couldn't get anywhere else... Except for the gorgeous sunset, of course :-)

The chart room has a nice atmosphere and has lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The problem is, I did not like the food we ordered. We ordered clams casino, stuffed shrimp and a fish dish. All of them had the same heavy, bread crumb stuffing or topping which did not taste good to me. The clams were way too oily. I think this restaurant needs some new recipes. Wait staff was great. Took longer than expected to get our main courses.

Always come back to dive into an ever improving version of an already perfect menu. Our waitress attended to all the dietary instructions with assuring clarity for a wickedly delicious dining moment under a clear harbor viewing, outdoor tent. Will return!
