I usually stop to get my grandkids food for take out . Twice in the past few months I was stopped by staff to say “ we’re closed due to plumbing issues. Yesterday I along with 2 others were met at the desk to say “ we’re closed due to ventilation issues. I find this establishment needs a good cleaning not because of issues I’ve stated but because the foyer floor is continually dirty. Sticky seats, floors and trash never picked and literally walked over by staff. Sorry but this is why I’ve made my last visit.

Absolutely wonderful experience with amazing food. Service is awesome and every burger is delicious. Not too pricey either. 2 people is about $40 give or take but that's with drinks and appetizers and ofcourse bottomless fries!

Unfortunately the staff were awesome but way understaffed. Our waitress was the bartender, waitress for 6-7 tables, and bussing tables trying her best. Management needs to do better.

This place was dirty, slow service, our order was completely messed up. We should have left when we noticed the service was bad. But we stayed. The roll to our burgers were hard and crusty. We won't come to this location again. The one in plymouth is so much better! Fresh roll, good service and hot food.
