This has got to be the worst Boston Market I've ever been to !! I came yesterday(September 15th 2022)@ 2:30 p.m. they said it was a 25 minute wait on regular rotisserie nuggets, I came today(September 16th 2022) it's 2:31 p.m. they only have enough nuggets to make one regular rotisserie nugget meal. I literally talked to the manager while I was waiting at the light to make a u-turn to make sure they had some. The manager needs to do better! As someone that has worked at and managed several restaurants you have to know what's popular with your customers especially if it's something new( Rotisserie Chicken Nuggets) and make sure you don't run out. Obviously you see that the spicy ones aren't that popular so why not keep more of the regular on hand because if you are coming through the drive-thru who has 25 minutes to wait? Corporate needs to hire people with experience or train the staff you have to do the job designed to do. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
