Don’t buy lumber online!!! I ordered several hundred dollars worth of lumber online and much of it was of inferior quality. I could have bought this for 70% off by going through the cull lumber. I called and spoke with Coleman who was unapologetic about the fact that the delivery department is unselective about quality and focuses on meeting the number of items In each order. On the store’s behalf, NO offer was made to exchange to replace the unusable items. A caveat was offered however explaining that they get hundreds of online orders daily, and that they seek to fill the orders as quickly as possible with little or no concern for the quality or condition of the lumber. My receipt showed that my purchase was inspected by Steve Oliviera but when I called to speak with him Coleman told me that he didn’t come in today. …Hmmm? It left me wondering how he was able to inspect my order without being there!

I usually find what I need or something that I can make work. So it's not too bad. But this store is like 3/4 the size of there full size stores. So if I think this store might not have what I need I go to the Plymouth store.

Rental department is an absolute scam. You pay the initial rental fee for a carpet cleaner $35 plus tax. Put a deposit of $50 down in case of damage. Fine. I use it for what amounted to an hour, cleaning carpets in a brand new house.. Rinsed it out, returned it. The man behind the rental counter claimed it was dirty and would take a hour to clean. (I believe anyone that is capable of working could clean the most filthy 2 gallon bucket in the world in 20m let alone an hour). It literally houses cleaning solution and water and there was no more dirt in it when I returned it then when I received it. Which was what couldn't be rinsed out. The fee for the cleaning was $25.. I accepted with little choice and left. I see on my bank statement they charged me an additional $50 and another $19.. Brininging the total $104 dollars plus you have to buy the cleaning agent as well. So they get you for about $135 for what amounts to a few hours of use... Lazy, sneaky, department.

Just wanted to share my experience at Home Depot in Wareham today. I was looking at a patio set to purchase but had a few questions. Tom (don't know his last name) came right over to help. Was honestly was one of the most pleasant salespeople I've dealt with at Home Depot (or Lowes for that matter).
