Food was good, but I’m leaving a review because of the terrible costumer service I received this morning. I ordered a BEC and two other sandwiches, which I think they should take a person’s name down for the order to avoid confusion. Anyway, the employee who called out BLT made direct eye contact with me while I was texting on the phone. I moved to get the sandwich and realized it wasn’t my order and apologized to the man who asked me if I had also gotten a BLT. I had been thrown off by the employee’s eye contact and I was in a heated text conversation on the phone at the time. So then when my order was up, I walked to the counter to grab my sandwiches and the employee said, “Are you alright?” I replied, “Yes, I’m just taking my sandwiches.” And he said,”Well, you have to pay first.” I then said, “Yes, but I can still take my sandwiches.” He said again, “I’m just making sure you’re alright because you thought you had the BLT.” And I said, “I’m fine, thank you, I was just distracted on my phone.” It was very aggressive and rude on his part. I am in customer service and I would NEVER speak to someone like that. Even if there was something odd about my behavior, his attitude was uncalled for and it left me feeling upset.

They been slacking lately 🤦🏽‍♂️ my eggs on my bacon egg & cheese way undercooked. Notice something dripping from my sandwich. Not only that asked for the bacon to be crispy/well done... I got 2 full on hardly cooked bacon strips.

Good service, good food, good location, looks clean. It's mostly for take out though.
