Hotel staff was very helpful except for last night when key cards didn't work. When my husband tried explaining we'd been given an extra card to access pool/hot tub area the night before the guy behind desk deactivated the 3 original w/explanation we had too many cards. Three guests & 1 card. Put a real damper on an otherwise great stay

Do not go here, it is a health safety violation and needs to be fumigated. There were cockroaches in my room and when I went downstairs to complain, several other people had the same issue. I took videos of it to show the front desk. To add to that my mini fridge had other people food left in it and the front desk sales women was extremely rude and provided no solutions to any issues. She was condescending towards me at check in before I even made it to my room to discover it had roaches. For a place that charges over $100 a night the customer service and quality of the room was in the trash can.

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes there is a smoking area at the back of the hotel.
No pets allowed at this facility. Sorry only liscened service animals and they have to be vested ALL times your service animal is with the person with the disability. Prepare to show your paperwork at check in. And emotional support animals are NOT service Animals.
Deluxe is a bigger room...but with Queen beds
