I did not even pay for the room. The owners were really difficult. I had a friend coming in from Colorado and I was paying for his room early because he would get there around midnight. The owners would not honor my online booking and kept questioning who was going to stay there when I repeated myself like 4 times that I was paying for the room and my friend was staying in the room. My friend even sent me a picture of his ID. Then they all of sudden wanted a cash deposit. I ended up leaving and upset. Now my friend is on my couch all weekend. As a business owner in San Jacinto, I do not think they represent our community as a business. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. Shame on them. They were reported to the booking website as well.

This place is ran down and still cost the same price as the rest of the hotels in the area... Can't even say it was worth it

Check in and check out were fast and easy, the room was decently clean. It was quiet. Overall a good experience and what you should expect for the low price. The A/C also worked decently well which is a must in this hot town. The only thing that was lacking was the TV signal wasn't great, but we didn't care too much anyway.

We stayed here for 3 nights was a good price.. But! We had troubles checking in we waited 20min to get a room. Plus she wanted all our names in the car and she wanted to see all of our face? They where rude about getting extra towels and as of check out she came in the room and made big deal about the toilet cover not being close? Smh For 3 nights I had lower back pains due to the bed. Do not stay here!
