Employee was very helpful; after he was done with a customer, he helped me look for nail tools and other things that I needed for an at-home manicure!

Terrible customer service. The Manager told me that she could not look at my account unless she had my email address, which she stated she did not have. I specifically remembered a giving my email address. Then later decides that she can and does have my email address. Then I called today to ask someone to look at my account, and she stated that she doesn't need my email address, all she needs is my phone number. At any rate, I ended up with the wrong product per the managers direction. What has happened to good customer service?
