Food is always being rushed. I ordered Uber eats and they forgot my bagel. I had to reorder another bagel and pay Uber eats another tip. If I say toasted it doesn’t mean burnt or not toasted at all. This is all the time! If I say light cream cheese it means don’t add so much cream cheese. I can literally add cream cheese to four bagels with the amount they pounce on my poor bagel.. Get it together as customers are filling up your tip cups.. if I say Splenda In my tea add the Splenda 😡!!!!This is for Uber eats and walk-ins….

We all know why Dunkin is so great… But tonight they made me wait for 25 minutes for my donuts which was ridiculous and their coconut refreshers all taste like medicine which was just icing on the cake. Not impressed.
