I have been coming here since I was a kid. Elmer is by far the most helpful staff, and we always manage to have great conversations when the store isn’t busy. I was waiting for my ride and we talked about games we were playing at the time. He always recommends me the best Switch games. I have quite the stock of games so finding new and good titles can be difficult. He always manages to help me even when I struggle and am knowledgeable on most games they sell. The games are perfect, ranging from Switch, PS, Xbox and such. I always find what a want, and their toy and tee shirt section does not disappoint either. When I was struggling to get the game I wanted, Elmer had told me to call the store next week to see if the game was restocked. Amazing employees who for sure don’t get paid enough. The only reason why I cannot give this a five stars is because you can call several times during the day and not get a single response. Otherwise, employees, your service has been amazing and hasn’t had me stop coming here ever.
