Most recently I had a flat tire, and when they inspected it, they reminded me of my road coverage that I had from purchasing the tires from them earlier this year (which I had forgotten about!) they had a brand new tire on my car, mounted and balanced and no charge to me in the same day. Again, I keep saying this, but they are the most honest shop I’ve ever seen, and I should know. I worked as an ASE Certified automotive technician for 4 different shops

I went to Don's for his opinion after the dealer told me my front end alignment was within spec and needed no adjustment despite visible tire cupping but only on the outer edge of the LF tire after just 5K miles. Don looked at the tires and explained how the alignment could be the cause of wear like this and he will check it out. He did the alignment (found it was slightly out of spec) and I also decided to have them do the front pads & rotors on my 2017 Tundra at the same time. I was impressed with how nice everybody is there and also the transparency with which they explained everything to me. I will definitely recommend them.

Truthfully? I don't ever remember receiving a more thorough check up for my car. From tip to tail, every single part of my 8 y-o Nissan was gone over. There were things that needed immediate attention. I also learned that I need work down the line. I left feeling super confident that my car was in the best hands!
