The lady that I met online was helping me too tough times but giving me boxes to move. They're in the process a couple hours later she gave me a call and told me she was going to have my car to pep boys. You're currently working their best to fix the car and save her the most amount of money she can which means a lot because I don't like to take things so it means a lot that they actually are concerned about saving our money and making a big deal about it. And personal thank you to Kevin who is working on to make this happen. She is a very nice man he even helped me get a ride home today so I didn't have to take buses by ordering me a lift wish you don't have to what he did and I really respect him for that. He'll just overall gone above and beyond to workout the best I can to make this happen and would struggle on going through right now it is only made things a lot easier. I realize that there are still good people out there in the world and it's hard to see that sometimes but with what I've seen with pep boys in the last three or four days just made the biggest difference. It's just mind-blowing how such a big corporation has made such a big impact when normally big corporations are concerned about money and not the value of a customer who shows me that they really care about their customer service and Durham Police are just beyond believable. I would highly recommend this place to anybody as soon as they went as far as I did and the links they've gone through to provide a happy customer. They are more concerned about the customers needs and then they are about the financial gain which is very rare and a lot of companies like this but I can't think of enough for what they've done because they're helping me in order to keep my job in order to move in order to provide for me and my daughter. So I give him five stars and definitely suggest that you come and see them. And while you're there keep a big thank you Kevin for having a heart. Thank you guys I'm sure they are blessing
