WARNING!!!! BEWARE!!!! RUN AND RUN AND FAST!!!! My mother was there for rehab and they treated her like a piece of dirt. No respect. No empathy. Aides are rude. Threw personal belongs out. Ripped things out of her hand. Teased her with going to the bathroom. Not to mention OSHA and housekeeping issues. Gloves are optional along with sanitizer. Lol! What a joke. Plasticware and ice are in a community box and bucket unwrapped for everyone to touch. No pillowcases on pillows. Made a complaint and was told they would address the issue with persons involved and the right person in charge would be calling me back. Guess what? Never received a return call. A formal apology to my mother and to our family would have been nice. My mother suffers with an illness that consists with severe pain and to suffer emotionally through mental abuse like this on top of everything else is truly unacceptable. Your loved ones deserve better. Fed up! As a result of all of this, I know will be filing a report with the state.

This review is long overdue. In early 2019 my mother had an unexpected accident and I had very little time to place her in long term care. Once I met Debbie Orth I knew I had found the right place for my mother. She is understanding, helpful, and honest. The staff are kind, professional, and caring. Jonah Kraus is wonderful and very responsive. Recreation is creative and really tries to be inclusive for everyone's needs. The P/T staff are amazing. The kitchen does a great job. It really does feel like a family at Fox Hill. Thank you all for taking such good care of my mother.

My Mom came to Fox Hill Center for rehab after a fall. She is now in long-term care at this facility. Overall I am satisfied with the care she has been given. The RN’s and CNA‘s have done a really wonderful job with her. Administration has done their best to address needs as they come up. Like every other long-term care facility right now, short staffing can still be an issue. The facility is clean and staff is friendly. I would recommend Fox Hill Center if you are unable to care for your loved one at home. A big positive shout out again to the direct care staff that work with my mom, I will be forever grateful for all your care and compassion towards her.

My mom has stayed here for 3 weeks for rehab. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Clean facility also. Only thing to work on is the food maybe could be a bit better,more appetizing. The physical therapists are always patient with my mom and understanding. Also, I was very happy that they didn't turn my mom away for not being vaccinated,and didnt treat her poorly because she wasn't.
