Sleezy company. They make it very difficult to cancel service or put it on hold. I spent 3 hours trying to do just that. After I finally got that simple request done, I was still being charged on my credit card. I had to spend another 2 hours to get my account put on hold. It’s a simple click of a button… The product is good, but the ownership/management is bad. Find someone that cares about customers.

I am a new customer that is so I thought. I have been dealing with several different emails and text support still to no avail. I have not been able to track . The tracker says that it’s at my home or with me every were I go. It seems to be tracking me! It’s not showing correct position in real time. When I log in app it keeps asking me to activate tracker which I have already done and paid for a plan. I got the plan on 3/10/2021 and have no been able to track anything .

They wont speak to you and they keep charging your credit card...be warned is there a human you can talk to to get your money back???
