I had a very good experience at this facility. I went as a walk-in, nervous after not going to the doctor for 2 year since COVID. I had several medical concerns and the staff was kind and patient. The facility is beautiful and clean, the staff well-organized and thoughtful, even to those of us with low or no income. I felt cared for and blessed when I left my appointment.

The new office is not just beautiful but it’s superrr organized! I was well taken care of, there was no wait the last 2x I visited & the staff is the sweetest! I felt very comfortable & at ease. Shout out to nurse Nadine for her positive energy. She is such a light!

I never write reviews for anyone, but I will speak for this clinic. my parents from Ukraine, flew here, were not at home because of the war, I came today to ask for help to see a doctor for us, but the dark-skinned girl was rude and rude to me. Completely incompetent and did nothing to help us. I will never come back and I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

If you have United (good insurance), find another doctor. The customer service here is not acceptable. I have eye pain and I cannot get a referral or anyone to answer the phone.
