This is the worst dealer auction in New England region period . i have been their customer for over 15 years and i have had it . They buyers and sellers fees are the highest than any other auction. bought an $900 car and the fee was $260 and at Adesa Boston it’s only $125 for cars under $1000 and Adesa customer service is amazing . Zero customer service at Quincy auto Auction.The manager and most of the workers there are so rude and threat you like garbage . I won a 2008 Ford F-150 with announcements, No title ever and they sold the car in the system to me. I get a call an hour later that they are voiding the sale because it’s not legal for them to sell cars without title , I said you guys been selling hundreds of cars over the years with bill of sale only . I have a car that I bought from you without a title , take it back then . The manager Said no And thats the end of that conversation. So many different auctions in this area that bag you to come do business with them and will give you discounts on fees , help out if you got stuck with a bad vehicle But at Quincy Auto Auction you will get a big fat To Bad . Better luck next time . Do your self a favor and stay away and give your business who actually appreciate it . Most of they cars are trash with wrong description.

The absolute most poorly ran auction i have ever been to. Got here at 7:30 am today, 2 hours before the sale starts to checkout cars. NO KEYS IN CARS!! I thought hmm maybe its just a few... nope... all cars no keys. So I ask around and call the office and ask whats going on. They said this is how they are doing it now. Danielle the GM didn't seem to care much. I said it would be nice if they told dealers this before coming. You can give a stock# to one car at a time and wait for the guy to drive back to garage get keys and drive them back to you while you stand next to the car and wait. Absolute Joke

Yes you absolutely do but you have to work for a dealer to be able to get your ID and the ID is good for every auction in the United States they're all linked together and also it is good for life you never have to renew it but it has to be linked to a dealer if you move from dealer to dealer for different jobs they just have to register your ID to that dealership but you never have to get a new one unless something happens to it and also every ID that an employee has at a dealership the dealership has to pay $100 each to have them activated so most places won't do it anymore so the auction really doesn't even look at IDs anymore most of the time because hardly anybody has them activated cuz nobody wants to pay the $100 fee
You have to be a used car dealer and have a license and have an ID and you can go there and get a copy of the cars that are in an inventory

In my opinion It's the most expensive auction . A lot of people bidding online I'm not interested in going there anymore as I used to go years ago but good luck 7AM you can check the vehicle but you can't drive them also look for check engine light because they clear codes . Good luck
