Always messes up the order, doesn't cook the pizza correctly and the toppings have slid off the pizza due to incorrect cooking temps. Customer service never reached out and never will because they don't care about their regular customers

I ordered a pizza at 9:30pm since they are a mile away from me, I hadn't eaten all day and was in need of a quick meal. The order estimate was 25-35 minutes. At 10 I get a text saying it's out for delivery. 20 minutes later, no pizza so I call and ask, he says the driver had another order so I should just wait. 20 more minutes pass, I call again and ask for a refund because the driver had returned even though I still had no pizza. They could not refund me unless I went in the store, which was about to close, so they offered to make me a new order and deliver it, with a free drink to make up for the trouble. Well it is now 11:15 and I still have no delivery, no one called me, no one came by. I guess I will now have to try to get a refund out of corporate. Oh, and I tipped 25% in advance. Don't bother ordering here, this seems to be a chronic issue at this location.

The toppings were very sparse. Need to put more on next time. It also seemed a little undercooked. Pan pizza used to be more crispy on the bottom, and thicker.We're sorry about this incident. We'd like to make this right. Please send your name, email, and phone number to [email protected].
