The worst experience. They get angry for walk ins but yet the system allows you to check in as a walk in. Don't tell me that I need to make an appointment when this location accepts walk ins. Dont complain to me how hard it is for you to fit in walk ins, take that up with your manager. Mary L. talks down to you like you are a little kid, she really needs some customer service training. Its very condescending, like we (African Americans) are not capable of understanding the English language. And yes I called her out on it and then she wants to act like I'm taking her tone the incorrect way. I tell you what, if you dont mean to talk to people that way, then change it, especially when I am telling you, you are offending me! HORRIBLE LOCATION!

If I could leave zero stars I would. The staff at this location were not very friendly. It doesn't take much to be nice. Find another location

Very disappointing experience today…I’ve been going here for a very long time. Today I got there before they opened since I had to fast and get it done before work…a woman who worked there drove up and said, it’s appointment only and you can’t just walk in anymore. There were 6 of us there that had to leave….If I have to make an appointment to get blood work done, I will go to a place where they answer the phone (because Quest doesn’t do that either).
