Chipotle is one of our favorite fast food restaurants. The food was good and service pretty fast. After the cashier, the store was all but neglected. No napkins and trash was overflowing. Most tables needed cleaning. We understand the challenge of getting and keeping/training workers. There seemed to be enough workers to cover the basics but maybe they were more concerned with speed rather than the overall appearance. We don’t want dine-in to be shut down so maybe a balance between speed and cleanliness? Lack of cleanliness creates doubt about what is being missed in food prep that we don’t see….

I saw they’re hiring. I think I’m gonna apply just to make sure stuff gets done properly bc whoever is working there now can’t get anything done. What chipotle runs out of sour cream and corn at 5 pm??? My burrito should not be the size of my fist. Extremely disappointed.

[Updated Review]: Nothing has changed at this location. As a vegetarian, the sofritas and black beans are staples for me but all my bowls are swimming in liquid that’s an inch deep because they don’t take the extra second to drain the scoop. I’ve added a picture now. Also, never order double protein online. They won’t give it to you. I understand staffing problems are an issue, but this is just laziness. Chipotle is my favorite fast casual chain but unfortunately this is the only location around. Please do better by fixing your standards. If standards improve with some consistency, I will update my review. PS. They almost never have the salad dressing. [Old Review]: I don’t normally write bad reviews, but this is the third time i’ve order online from this Chipotle and and each time they neglect to put the side of dressing with the salad. Also I paid $2.50 for extra sofritas and received one measly scoop at best. Disappointing.

Every time i find myself craving chipotle, it is unfortunate that I have to find myself with only this particular one as an option. It seems that when my girlfriend and I order, chipotle always seem to be out of ingredients… not sure how that always happens from 2pm all the way to closing hours, which seems to change daily. I could handle the fact that the place is always a filthy if they only got my order right, however, that never happens so I will add that to the list of terrible things about this site.
