I am very disappointed in the customer service at this pharmacy. There are 2 pharmacist one is extremely nice Matt 🙏🏻 the other not worth mentioning he is rude and the other pharmacy staff act just like him Rude! but when Matt is there the staff are pleasant and attentive. Update Matt is no longer there neither am I ☹️

Avoid , avoid , avoid. All publix pharmacies are terrible. If you need your meds, you can count on Publix NOT filling it. Oh, they'll say its the provider, but this happens at every Publix pharmacy so far. They need to stick to groceries....

Walk-In Care is a telemedicine service available at select Publix Pharmacy locations that connects customers with a licensed healthcare professional in real time. Publix partners with hospitals around the Southeast to provide Walk-In Care, a third-party service. Walk-In Care offers treatment for non-emergency medical issues such as allergies, sinus infections, earaches, bug bites, colds, and more. Available for patients ages two and older. The Moderna vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are available to eligible individuals ages 18+ at Publix Pharmacy locations. The Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 12+ at all in-store Florida Publix Pharmacy locations and select Publix pharmacies in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, while supplies last. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 5–11 at select Publix pharmacies, while supplies last. Publix has a limited supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
