Worst nursing establishment in the state. My father didn’t get a warm meal in the whole month he was here, had excuses when I called them out, staff is rude, therapy is also a joke.

It's a disgrace that this facility is allowed to operate. All should be ashamed who continue to ignore the blatant disregard for the patient's basic needs, were not talking above and beyond here that's for sure just BASIC. I'd rather take my chances having my dog care for my relative at least a dog can assist a patient to the bathroom and give compassion and comfort and I'm pretty sure bring over medication on time not almost 5 hours late. This facility is Unsafe and should be shut down.

I met Sarah yesterday at my husband's care plan meeting and she is definitely on target. Lincolnwood is going to be a great place given the chance. I told her my concerns and she took care of it immediately.

When my father was discharged from RI Hospital he was transported to Lincolnwood for rehabilitation. My first positive encounter with a Lincolnwood staff member was a phone conversation with Nurse/Unit Manager, Sarah Heaton, who put me at ease by explaining Lincolnwood’s plan of care for my father. She was so professional and friendly and answered all my questions. With my father being a diabetic, I could tell Sarah is highly skilled nurse and at that moment I knew he was in good hands. After working with outstanding Physical Therapists, Dad was ready to go home. It was then that we had the pleasure of meeting Colleen Pendergast, Director of Social Services and Lisa Andronic, Nurse Care Navigator, who explained the home services that would be available to my dad, and not only did they diligently arrange for the home care agency, but they made an appointment for him to see his primary doctor. Colleen and Lisa are super friendly and professional. The kindness and caring start from the moment you walk into the building where there is always a friendly receptionist ready to assist. We are so happy we chose Lincolnwood. Peace of mind is everything when it comes to a loved one.
