This place is an absolute joke. Bought a hot tub, it stoped working. Told me it needed a new control board. Waited all summer for it to come. Finally arrived then they say it’s not the board it’s a pump. So 4 months to get that fixed. Had cleaning service through them, guy and his girlfriend would show up drunk and fighting to clean the hot tub. Called again for warranty service 6 months again to get a repair. Called this summer to repair lighting damage. 3 months of calls and being assured they’d fix it. No one ever came. Called another guy. Got the part and fixed it in a week. This place is absolutely useless. They always say we have a new service manager we’re fixing things. 7 years later sane old story. Don’t do business here. Steve sucks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!’nn

Don't support this store. I tried to return an unopened $40 32 ounce bottle of water clarifier that I did not use because the water cleared after shocking and was told that "state law" prohibited return of pool chemicals. No one informed me that there were no returns, I did not see any notice posted in the store and I found no MA law prohibiting returns of unused, unopened pool chemicals. I asked for a reference to the asserted law and the store clerk responded with "well it's store policy". It's actually a violation of state law to refuse returns without posting the store's policy of no returns. Weak. Find another supplier with more integrity.

They don't care about you once the pool is installed. Horrible customer service with no response to calls or emails. They say they will call by a certain time the next day....but they don't. I'm still waiting...
