Had a tremendous repair experience at Providence Bicycle. My 9 year-old came home one day with his front tire rim severely bent / damaged. We assume that someone ran over it with their truck, making it unsafe to ride. Providence Bicycle called around and found a replacement rim for $225, which seemed bonkers even in Covid. Barak decided to remove the spokes and repair the rim himself. I didn't ask him to do it, but he insisted. The bike is now back in safe riding condition. We will be back in the spring to purchase my wife a long overdue cruiser bike. Thank you for going the extra mile...and then some!!
