Easy check-in, clean rooms and amenities. Well stocked kitchen and condo just feels nice to walk into. Could use an a/c unit but there are fans in each room so is very nice. Also a nice big gaming room with billiards, ping pong, darts and a poker table and board games and a TV. Even has a racquetball court that doubles as a basketball court. Nice!

We had a BLAST in Tahoe at Kingsbury. The condo met all our needs and we enjoyed the rec activities onsite.

I am not sure of the exact year, but it seems I have heard about Kingsbury since the 1980's.
