Scott, I have no idea who you are and you are definitely not in our customer list. It is obvious you know nothing about us. If you have a specific complaint or question please feel free to address it. We understand that we can't make everyone happy, but we try. We see several thousand people per year and sell between 60-120 houses. Most people only write negative reviews anyway so if we see one or two of those a year with the number of people we deal with I can call that a win. We've been in business for 47 years for a reason. I'll be happy to put my reputation in the industry up against any. I'll also be happy to give you the other side to any negative review we've had. In most instances people see things in another light. We aren't perfect nor do we pretent to be, but when we make a mistake we try to make it right. There are a ton of things going on with inflation, material shortages, labor issues, and delays. This is causing a ton of frustration and we share that with our customers.

We do not have any used homes available at this time, but please check with us periodically. We are often taking in trades and purchasing used home outright.

Time depends on the file quality. Files with challenges take longer to try and work through the system to get you quality financing instead of run of the mill, non-conforming financing that most retailers try to force you into. Simply, those loans are higher interest rates and shorter terms which cost you more money. I just checked your file you turned in your credit app 9/10, not 4 months ago. It is been reviewed by multiple lenders. I've left you messages and hope you respond via phone or email soon.
