The MDOT Vehicle Emission Inspection located in Grasonville MD is very well organized. The staff there are friendly and get you in and out really quick. The location is a little difficult to find if your not familiar with the area. Overall, this is a great place to go for a quick in and out inspection.

Do you do Emission testing
No. It is never busy. I have used for years and get handled immediately.
$14 is correct. Never heard or seen any prepay options ($10 I believe is the self-serve emmissions). They do take credit card.
You have to contact MVA FOR a new one. Quite sure you can do that on line. You should have been sent an email notification that can be used and also one thru snail mail.
