This location is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to in my life not only were no employees on site one of the cashiers named Dan the older white gentleman was extremely rude when I asked him for help. I had to literally pick up my phone while in the store call manager and ask for them to meet me an in lane 19 after after speaking to crystal the manger and explaining what was going on, she was more than helpful. She help me find my item. She should be rewarded I was 100% ready to take my money elsewhere. Any other store like Home Depot- ace hardware for instance where the customer service is always great. She did share that this location has had issues with staffing which is totally understandable, but there should be no reason that an employee is rude to a customer when the customer is asking for help. if you are reading this post and you are looking for work Lowes is hiring please fill an application. They are hiring for everything supervisors managers night shift morning shift evening shift season. They need as much help as they can get if any one from corporate is reading this message please retrain all employees. Customer service training is needed ASAP. Don't do any major upgrades with them. I ordered 6 interior doors....it took forever to arrive. 1 was incorrectly measured...BY THE LOWE'S TEAM. They sent FOUR DOORS before getting it right. The assistant manager was of absolutely no help. The installers would have installed the wrong damaged/ wrong swing door. Farrow (their installation company) has rude staff who sets appointments without contacting the customer.....Just an overall bad experience. How about leaving a functional phone number if you want to hear from me....better yet, my information is in the system. Why leave a contact number for APPLIANCE INSTALLATION.....? To show the world that you care to heal this grossly large wound that you have caused?

Went in this evening for paint/wallpaper remover. Super helpful and very kind staff 5+ people said hello and asked if I was finding everything ok. Thanks Lowes staff!!!

I don't know for certain but I think it depends mainly on their vendors and which location you are at. They can try but don't have exactly the same at each location. I know they had roses but of that specific variety I can't say.
