Luke was great to work with and answered all of my questions. Since I'm not familiar with home inspection reports I sent it to my father to look at. His comment was " That is the most comprehensive inspection I have ever seen. You got your money’s worth". I would highly recommend AAA Home Inspections in Newport.

Was very good about the time he was available. Only time I could get it done was after 4 pm on a Friday and he was more then happy to accommodate that. He did the inspection then gave me the report right away after it was done. Didn’t have to wait for it or nothing.

I used AAA Home Inspection New Port RI for a sellers inspection so that way I didn’t miss anything when the buyer comes along. I have never met such an attention to detail home inspector in the New Port Area. Most times those guys are check the box and move on to the next thing. As soon as I get ready to buy another house I know that I will be calling AA Home Inspection so that way I know my inspector won’t miss a thing. Thank you for all of your hard work.

AAA Home Inspection Newport Did a great job on my home inspection. They were very fast to come out, and the found a few things that I could take to the seller to get them to fix and save myself some money down the road. I would suggest Kenny and his crew to anybody!

Oh Yes we do!!! When our inspectors scrutinize a house for problems, we do more than take detailed notes of the places that we inspect—we take a bunch photos, as well. ... Make sure your home inspector takes pictures along the way as well.
Yes, in New England we have issues with Radon gas in our basements, so we check for it. Our home inspectors offer radon testing as part of the home inspection process. However, not all home inspectors will.
While it's not normally the inspector's job to look for mold, our home inspectors will mention obvious signs of water damage and the possible presence of mold. And, because our inspectors poke around in spaces you might not, he or she will see things you wouldn't.
The standard home inspection report will cover the condition of the house's heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows, and doors; the foundation, basement and structural integrity of the home or commercial building.
A home inspector will look at a house's HVAC system, Electrical System, interior plumbing, roof, attic, floors. doors and windows, foundation, basement, and structural components, then provide a written report with results.
