I’ve lived in the area for almost 4 years and the service there has slowly been getting worse. I gave them another chance tonight and when I pulled around to get my pizza the employee working drive through asked me to pull up into an empty spot because they had accidentally dropped my pizza. After pulling up and waiting for over twenty minutes I was brought out a Luke warm pizza at best, not at all fresh and not at all worth waiting over twenty minutes for. It’s best to make your own pizza at home or go to another pizza place rather than to go here and waste your money, very unprofessional in every sense of the word and I will not be returning.

This is the absolute slowest location I have ever been to. It's not just because of my visiting being at a busy time of day. Almost every single time I come here no matter the time of day I am told to pull into a parking spot and wait but not until after I pay for the order. As I would just leave if I had known that was the case. Almost always you have to sit and wait for 20 minutes for your food. I am currently on minute 23 from the time my card was charged at the window. And I am on a 30 minute break. I come here for the reason of my food being ready and this will be my last visit. Not only will I be late clocking back in, but I don't even get to eat. I don't know if it it is this way because of the very young individuals working the store as that is all I've ever seen at this location but it is a very big disappointment to have to wait this long almost every time I come here which is very frequent as I love the food but unfortunately for me I will have to miss out on that. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of just one is because the food is not horrible. Update- After finally receiving my order, I tossed it over to the passenger seat real quick so I could rush back to work. IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER. NOT MY ORDER AND NOT MY RECEIPT IN THE BAG.

Was traveling from Arkansas to Ohio and stopped here for lunch, went in the drive thru and there was no wait. Ordered a most bestest pizza and a bread stick, our pizza was made fresh and tasted really good. Bread sticks were good too. Good deals and good prices.
