Gave high scores because sometime even stores have bad days. When I was there, ready to check out along with a lot of customs with only 2 checkout lanes.😒 it was hard to get more help. Cross training would be awesome.

When I can't find something I find a associate and generally they will have a headpiece on . I have always been taken to what I am looking for. Or they will check with some one on their head pieces. I worked for Walmart for 10 years I always took the customer to what they needed. I realize this does not answer your question. But the Spencer Walmart had Awesome people. They have been there since Sam Walton was alive! They care, they have big hearts! The Linton Store I was a Assistant Manager until I was injured! These people care too! They don',don't, look at the Customer as their paycheck they Look at them as their Family!
