Went in twice. Food was really good both times, service not so much. We sat at the bar both times. First time everything was excellent. The bartender was a really nice guy. No issues at all. Second time, different bartender. She was fine. We ordered a couple beers and food. After awhile she said she had to go upstairs. The server who was working downstairs went behind the bar. We assumed she was bartending now because the other one never came back. My husband asked her about a drink. She seemed confused but gave him an answer. Then walked around doing odds and ends but never asked if he wanted the drink or if we wanted anything in general. Gave her a little awhile but then I told her we wanted get another drink and she looked at me like a deer in headlights...then proceeded to avoid us...for 20 minutes! I'll give her credit, the place is small so the effort to avoid us was pretty stellar. But when I asked for the check she gave it to us immediately. My only guess is that she had no clue what the drink was or how to make it and rather than just say so, she panicked. Its pretty comical, honestly. I'd give them another try though because the burgers were good.

Simple, affordable, fast, delicious. A favorite walking spot for great drinks and food that hits the spot. Great spot to meet friends in the area. Will return and would recommend.
