Tt mobile sent us equipment that would not work and they keep sending us outrageous bills after we closed the account and we returned the equipment.

T-Mobile has both Military Plans and options to help pay-off old devices and/or contract termination fees!

I am a t-mobile customer. can I change my phone to an unlocked phone I buy on amazon?

Brand new unlocked, yes... refurbished from Verizon or Sprint then your signal will be terrible
