After waiting 4 months for an opening my son was finally established as a “patient”. He went to two appointments with a therapist who was very booked and only had appointments available once a month rather than the once a week that was recommended by the specialist. I took what I could get as we waited 4 months and everyplace else is waitlist only also. My son had a manic episode Monday and I left a message with the receptionist for the therapist to call me it was urgent. I never received a call back so I called Tuesday and left another message that it was very urgent I needed to talk to the therapist no call back again. So I called today Wednesday after my child having an even bigger manic episode now with the cops involved to get a very rude reception who told me that the therapist is extremely busy with patients and doesn’t have 5 minutes to call a patient back. That I need to call 911 if I need help!! I told her that the hospital couldn’t help me they just referred me to get in contact with the therapist! We had some back and forth about how urgent it is she calls me to be met again with she’s busy. I understand she’s busy but what kind of medical office ESPECIALLY MENTAL HEALTH OFFICE don’t have 5 minutes before there first patient or after there last patient to call a patient in crises especially after Iv left 4 messages! So I asked to speak with some else to be told there is no one else. So I asked to speak to a boss or someone higher up and she put me threw to a nurse who told me the same thing the receptionist said and then hung up on me!! What kind of professional acts like that!!! Iv tried to call back but it goes straight to a voicemail doesn’t even ring so they must have me on some type of forwarding list! Again what kind of professionals act like this!! I do plan on contacting someone higher up because this isn’t the way a MENTAL HEALTH place should operate!

Excellent staff, very professional outfit all in all. The only issue I have is with the parking ( or lack of thereof ) at the new Broad street location. Hopefully this will improve someday.

Dr santoro is the most proficient on time doctor there is he brightens the day and makes me feel like I can count on him from having his support as my psychiatrist , Steve is the best therapist around , most understanding and helpful man he’s always on time and makes sure I get the help that I need thank you all very much and I appreciate what you do for all of us .
