My wife and I decided to try this out tonight. I love ihop but she doesn't care to much for it. Well, after this experience I HIGHLY doubt I'll ever be able to convince her to come back. We have been here for nearly 40 minutes. It took 20 minutes to even get our drinks ordered and we knew already it would be a while so we ordered food then too. We still haven't got our food and the waitress (yes there is only 1 here) seems to be doing everything by herself. There was only 1 family here when we arrived now there are 5 or 6 tables and at least 3 haven't even ordered their drinks yet. I respect the young lady for working but this management needs to step up!

The food was great, silverware/table was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The fruit that came with the French toast was fresh. The only complaint I have is one of my eggs was slightly undercooked, but it's very hard to achieve perfect over-medium eggs!!

Power was out in our area due to ice storms, so I expected everyone would be busy. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, there were a lot of empty tables, but evidently they had a staff shortage. A couple of 2 were seated before our party of three, and we were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. Once seated the waitress gave us a our menu and took drink order. When she finally returned the coffee cup on the tray had an obvious lipstick mark on the side my granddaughter noticed and mentioned it to me. The waitress turned her back to us,pulled a towel from her apron and wiped it off poured coffee in it and set it in front of me. When the food came out it was not our order. We had to return the French toast that should have had strawberries and bananas, but was plain. Had to request an order of hashbrowns that were missing, and my food was stone cold. I didn't even mention to her that my side of pancakes were left off, because cold pancakes didn't appeal to me. I left a very generous tip, because she was obviously overwhelmed, but it will be a long time before I give them another chance.

There is a reason why this place isn't busy even in weekends . I understand they're understaffed but the waiters are not even making an effort to be good at what they are doing. Is really bad, really bad. Long wait, no refills nobody taking …

Had some strong winds and rain come through this area, maybe just now seeing the damage...That's not good for business
Mask are required (but can be removed once seated), capacity limitations enforced, social distancing enforced, and only one person is allowed in the bathroom at once
Sometimes when you use your card at a restaurant, I've noticed before the amount is higher than normal. Usually within a few days it goes back to normal. I'm not sure if thsys the case, but I've had that happen before at other places.
It's a very poorly managed and staffed restaurant. Try to avoid of possible.
Current promotion allows kids to eat free every evening from 4-10pm through 31 December.
Recently two of us went to Millington IHOP. ONLY customers in store. Order was taken promptly. We waited approximately FORTY MINUTES to get our order and it was COLD! Will a avoid going there again. We love IHOP food so will go to other locations.
