The place isn't a nice motel. And the people that run it. Don't take of changing the sheets & towels in the rooms. And the manager is just terrible & horrible. He doesn't let people who are coming to visit someone who is staying there. Park in his parking lot, they have to park on the street. And they are not allowed to stay along time to visit either. The people in gov't need to check on this motel. Because it also has cockroaches. "And the Manager definitely doesn't know how to run a motel properly for his customers at all. And he treats the tenants like horrible people. And he keeps changing the rules all the time. And his prices not fair at all either.

The price is fair, we paid $50 for a room with a queen bed. They also have a room with two beds, and a room with a king bed. The double cost $57, the king was $62 I believe. There is only three places to stay in Bolivar, and the other two have scary people loitering in the parking lot all day and night. They are all low quality motels, owned by the same people. The price is in line with the room. The room wasn't very clean, but a thorough inspection didn't find any bugs, and we didn't get bit by anything. Really just a very wore out older motel. Nice management though. I've stayed on two different trips, and since there is no good alternative in the area, I will probably stay again when I am visiting my family in the area.
