They need to hire People who wonts ti work and managers that are old enough to run a restaurant. When people have to go back because they leave out half your order when gas is high as it is. They should give you a refund, or at least half. Take it out of there pay checks they would quit playing AND DO THERE JOBS. WE would have lost our jobs after so many Mistakes. NO MORE ZAXBYS , when they start loosing money the will pay attention.

Order was wrong I received someone else's order got all the way home only to realize I had the wrong food . I was upset and realized they also didn't give me a receipt so how can I call to complain or get my order replacement this is crazy to say the least we won't be returning for a long time until the can get the right orders to the right customer and handle business accordingly

As you can see the mat was my almost 9 dollar meal. 5 small, overcooked and chewy little boneless wings. A small handful of fries some kinda undercooked. Then as I sit down to eat this, there is ants crawling around the window and wall. Won’t be eating here again. Update, I contacted as asked and no reply back.

My favorite place in Athens. The chicken is absolutely delicious. The salads are the best there is, there huge for the price and worth every penny. The staff and management are always friendly and work hard.
