Only two issues 1.you should inform your customers when your short staff and that the appointment you set is not going to be honored 4 new tires took over 2 1/2 hours.2nd install a lounge area for customers to wait in or tell them to have a back up ride home.Besides that very courteous.

Last week the trunk of my car wouldn’t open. I tried my key fob, the pull lever inside the car, everything. Nothing worked and I had groceries in the trunk. I took it to Tire Kingdom and explained my situation. Immediately two of the employees came out to my car and spent ten minutes working out how to get the trunk open. Eventually they had to use a broom handle shoved between the back seats to hit the manual release on the inside of the trunk. My groceries were saved and when I asked how much I owed, they said not to worry about it! Fantastic staff and their immediate attention to my problem was unexpected but greatly appreciated!

Stopped in due to having nail in my tire, they took care it immediately and they let me know nail was not long enough to cause any issues, tipped the tech for his time since. They did not charge me for checking the tire- Matt ( the duke ) laduke was very accomodating

I strongly suggest you use another shop if you like your vehicle. Bought full set if Michelin for a classic BMW and requested weights be put on the inside of the rims as they were unmarked. Picked it up and they were clipped to the outside of rim. Brought it in for first rotation and asked for them to fix which they agreed to as it was on the original note. Said they would but picked it up and specifically asked if changed and they said yes. Didnt fix it and told me to bring it back as they didn't have time to fix that day. Awful customer service and incompetent oversight. Will never buy from them again.
