Cannot get anything right Don’t listen to customers and their orders First few times I was patient when they messed up my order but having them mess it up again for the 18th time I’m done with this place Save your money and go to Starbucks down the road

The last 3 visits, my daughter has received the wrong drink when going through the drive through. She's ordering a hot mocha mocha with Caramel I think. This is a new issue. I told her to call. The last time the guy asked specifically regarding expresso or hot chocolate......STILL rec'd wrong drink.

Didn't think it could get any slower but it seems to take longer every time I stop here. And now they push for a tip...cool 35mins for a $3.00 cup of black coffee. Sure make it $4.00! Decided to give it another chance because Starbucks on Alpine is closed for remodeling. Took as long as ever. I got a black coffee. It was like they put one scoop of coffee in the whole pot. It was not weak coffee, it was water with a hint of coffee. This place is the absolute worst.

It took 10 minutes for one drink of a two drink order, the drinks that took 5 minutes each to make were made very wrong. Simple drinks with nothing special requested outside of extra shot. It is the worst location I have been to by far. Good name trash service and they screw up the coffee...
