Disappointed. Lots of racks of clearance items but mostly last year's winter sweaters that look like they have been worn for a year. Prices on clearance items could be lower to actually try to get items sold. Hate the new layout of the store and the addition of Sephora is useless. No one is ever in that department whenever I go there.

Love to go to a brick and mortar store. However, it's not ok to hear the dressing room attendant complain about how many clothes people are trying on. Be careful or those people won't try on clothes anymore, rendering you and your job obsolete. But then again you could package and ship, and then restock all those returns, repackage and reship, for your next job!

I was there to return an item at the Amazon return booth. The store itself looks really clean and organized. Plus, they're hiring!

Bad experience with cashier, had a clearance item and it rang up wrong and said the clearance sticker was not correct and didn't want to honor it. I asked for a manager and they let me have it for the clearance price it was marked which was the right thing to do, no complaint with her but the cashier needs additional training in customer service on how to treat a customer right. Don't accuse me of sticking a clearance sticker on something, actually she said someone else must of stuck the sticker on the item, really? I don't have time for games and someone thinking a clearance sticker was put on there by someone. This cashier needs to be fired.
