Great place for both adults and kids to unwind. Better to go in during their slow days so you have better chances of customer service Espally if one of the game machines need maintenance. Will be coming back and offers a lot of different prizes you can get. I helped my daughter grind the hell out of a few games and we managed to accumulate over a total of 30,000 tickets! The employees go above and beyond for the customers. Espally when there's a problem with any of the games. Even the coin games, which is one of the 3 games you can grind the hell out of for tickets. If you have a hearing disability fair warning to remember-! ITS LOUD AS HELL INSIDE! Just make sure you let the employees you're talk to know if your deaf/ hard of hearing (DF/ HOH ). And they'll work with you. I always carry a notebook in my backpack as a precaution, in case if its diffcult to lip read'em. 5 out of 5 STARS

My daughter has been wanting to check out Dave and Busters for about a year now. Make no mistake about these places are nothing more Kids Casinos! No literally but the difference is only one fact. The winnings aren't money! If kids were winning money it would be illegal. Walking in my daughter commented how good it smelled and I agree it's smells fresh when you walk in. Prices are comparable to their competition such as Main Event but these kind of places are expensive in my book. I spent $35 in about 45 mins and won 1194 tokens in the arcade. . The prizes that kids have to choose from are decent, but most require alot more than the average kid will win. I took plenty of pictures. Advice do not play the Hungry Hippo game, the balls don't move and get stuck making them unreachable. This place was very clean, I was impressed just how clean. The bathrooms were also very clean. The staff were all friendly but not excited. Not that I expect someone to be excited to be working, but I have ran into places where the workers seem genuinely excited. Can't wait to go back and try the food here.

Went for the very first time tonight, had a good time. I'm s genderfluid trans man and I was able to correct staff and they took it ask in stride, and Jojo up front found and returned one of my pins! Mike and another woman in the back at the bar were stupendous and funny, and everyone at the front desk was great too. Very helpful, very funny, very kind. Front desk noticed a tear in the Luigi stuffed plush I picked and gave us another AND a free leftover Rick and Morty pin! Games were a ton of fun tickets aren't hard to get if you're good, and the prices are nice! Good mask compliance, very LGBTQIA+ friendly, all in all a nice place to have fun!

The arcade games are fun and all but when I went to eat, I ordered a well done all American burger to only get an undercooked burger. It was pink. My boyfriend's burger was also undercooked and pink. His fries were also undercooked. We’re sorry that the food you received at our Louisville D&B was anything other than perfect. About 5-18 chips
Yes
They do have signs requiring ppe and social distancing as well as disabling certain games for social distancing. HOWEVER, there are no employees available to enforce their requirements and as a result MULTIPLE people were either wearing masks incorrectly or not wearing a mask at all. I would like to give a little preface to my opinion by stating that me and my family, pre-covid, were regular visitors to D&B. Insofar as collecting well over 100,000 tickets throughout our tenure. I would hope that someone with an authoritative position in the company will read this and remedy it asap, as my family will, unfortunately, be steering clear for times unseen.
I agree, not a good idea for toddler. It's like an adult version of chuck E cheese. Unless you take a lot of tylenol and are prepared for chaos.
The 37.00 deal. How many people does that include? 1 or 2?
Yes
No cost to "get in" you pay for play time and food. There is no cover though.
